Hi
I brought some seeds from Nirvana.
These seeds where big bud. Only two germinated under normal germination procedures.
After a couple of weeks had passed I decided instead of chucking them in the bin to do a little experiment.
I soaked them in water for 24 hours then removed the seed one at a time.
(Now this take some patience)
With an extremely steady hand place the seed between your finger and thumb. take a scalpel and there is a grove down one side. Gently scour a line from top to bottom. Apply pressure afterward to reveal the light green colored inside. Looks like a curled up root. Carefully tease away a little casing just enough so it is exposed without having to squeeze it.
Mix up some stilled water and add some very diluted nutrient and I used a pinch of powder rooting compound.
Get your medium and place the seed into it. Soaking it with the mixture you have just made.
I had 8 like this and after three days 2 have sprouted. I will update this thread if any more do in the next day or so.
