New grow and already have two questions! Help!

First off thanks for any advice given. Well I have a new grow and my first question is are the stems always white. Its my first grow using rockwool and when I use dirt the stems are usually green or sometimes even purple. All of these are white. Also all the seeds popped at the same time in papertowel and transplanted into rockwool. They all sprouted out but the haze. I got curious and bust the rockwool open and the root hadn't grown at all. I figured it was the rockwool, maybe it was too wet so I got another one and barely wet it, shook it till it felt alil dry and put the seed in. Do u think it will still grow?

The stems wont be green at first. when they get thicker as your plants grow they will look more green.

Its not possible to say whether your seed will or will not grow just give it time to do its thing.
