new grow closet

Ok so i started my grow a little while ago and im in my new closet set up because my dog ate a few girl's i had outside so it's inside for me. What i have going on is a 5ft long 2 1/2ft wide and 6 1/2 high i can change the height and with to what ever in between. I have aluminum plates all around the grow for reflection and clear mylar over that to help keep it cool and also add more uv retraction. I have all cfl lighting about 12600 lumens at 160ish watts. I also have an 6in fan ans 2 4inch exhaust. I am growing in soil using water that is ph6.5 with run off that is 6.8 most of the time. Im 2 weeks into flower (after seeing white hairs with 4 girl's. Question i have is should i have enough light to make good bud.

Ok so no input from anyone on here?? Whats up people?? I am moving right along but progress is slow from what I've read so far ot should only take about 4 months start to harvest im in my 3rd month now and growth has slowed and slow flower production has me thinking something is up. I am also building a veg box today about 3ft long 2ft wide and 21/2 high. Im using cfl lighting and my aluminum plates(just a few millimeters thick) and a small fan . I will be putting pictures up when i can of both. Any help or constructive criticism about what i have going would be great. thanks all!!

160w's isn't enough to flower 4 plants correctly, I think a guide line is 100w's for 1 plant, then an additional 50w's for every added plant.

Ok so im going to look at more lighting today does anyone have any idea what i should get? probably only get to walmart or something. And i am on a strict budget of under fifty bucks and i need a new timer, cheap one i bought messed up once already missed once and i caught it today too. Good thing i left my phone in there. So any good ideas im all ears and taking notes
