New Grow, Easy Ryder Low Ryder #2 and Sour Cream

Hey RIU, i started my new grow a couple of days ago, the pictures are from today, and my babies are 4 days old, Im growing 3 Easy Ryder Low Ryder #2 and 1 Sour Cream. Im growing in Fox Farm Ocean Soil, I got the fox farm nutes that ill eventaully use after a month. Right now they are growing under 4 23w (100w equivent) cfls and when i go to flower ill use a 400w HPS light. Enjoy. Then there is this one that doesn't seem to grow. Any ideas?

I will be stopping in once and a while to see the progress. The runt might just be a dwarf pheno. The FF might have stunted it a bit, here's hope'n it's a male

there all femanized seeds yeah something is wrong with her, she just doesnt wanna get big like her sisters.
