New grow needs help

Hi people
My name is Melissa, I just moved back to Aus from New Zealand.

My dad is helping me set-up a grow as I don't know anyone here, we are already to go but are having problems getting seeds

I have tried Attitude but my bank (ANZ) is blocking the payment, and I just tried Herbies but they informed me they are having problems shipping to Aus atm, and are trying to figure out why.

It really sucks lol, being ready but can't start cause of the seeds.

Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any other seed banks that can hip to Aus?

No, sorry I wasn't clear on that, I'm in Australia now. I was born here but spent most of my life in New Zealand.

can you not get cuttings or seeds from a fellow grower locally? I know they are really on top when it comes to checking for organic matter coming into Aus so that may be your issue. Legally you arent allowed to bring viable seeds into Aus as far as I'm aware.

Kwik seeds delivers to aus I got friends and family there they got there stuff fine I know a few Aussie growers who ordered from some other folks in the UK as well you won't find more honest than Angus the guy who runs it either sure it's mostly landraces but they do have some cool heirlooms hybrids and stuff too

Hi Mel, G'day from the apple isle, you won't get seeds through customs from seed banks they get seized every time, I get my beans direct from a friend in the US, we have a successful way of getting them through very unsophisticated but effective havnt lost a shipment in 18 months. I can't help directly as I can't jepodise my lucky position, but when I need local beans I have a very reliable source here in Oz, he's legit fair priced and has autos, regs,and photo fems, he gets Canadian imports occasionally to not sure if RIU has a private message option but if you can dm me I can give you his details, no customs to worry about, no scams, and quick postage anywhere in aus. The first two pics are a strain I got off him a few m
onths ago they are as good as some of the strains I've ran from fast buds, greenhouse seeds etc just not your ethos or Mephisto type gear, anyhow give me a message and I'll set you up

Just have a friend in another country order them for you and then ship them to you......not too hard to hide seeds.

I'm in the USA and had the same problem trying to order from Herbie's. The problem is because the transaction is international your bank assumes it is fraud. You have to call your bank and let them know the transaction is by you, for you and to allow it threw one time. Or the other option is to get a pre-paid credit card from the grocery store or dollar tree and load up the amount you need on it and use that. I have used seedsherenow and also Oregon elite genetics both shipped to me but they are local. Seedsherenow was a bigger more legit company similar to Herbies
