New Grow Room advice needed please

Hello all fellow growers, im going through the process of building a new grow room and would really appreciate all input from anyone willing to help. Here is the set up i have to work with.

1. 96x48x78 mylar lined grow tent w/ 2 600hps
2. 4x4x78 poly lined grow tent
3. sunlight sheds stealth grow cab w/ 1 400w hps/MH

what im thinking is use the large grow tent for flowering obviously, use the 4x4 for vegging, and use the stealth cab for the mothers.

what im wondering is if i should replace the 400w in the cab with a T5 CFL for the moms and use the 400w in the 4x4 or leave it as is and use the T5 CFL for the 4x4 veg tent. My thinking is that the moms would get what the need from the T5 for clones and then transfer the clones over to the higher power 400w. If i am wrong on this please let me know. Or if any one has any better ideas i would be grateful! thanks in advance and want/need all the feedback i can get.

what is the size of the cab?

the cab is 7x3x1.5 i got it from sunlight sheds and very disappointed with it, but for the money my dumb ass paid for it i want to use it for something.

Yeah, I'd use the 400w in the 4x4 veg cab. Clones and moms don't need that much light, you could fit a 2', 4 bulb T5 setup in there.

thanks for the advise man,..i want all i can get. i was thinking the same thing but was not sure. i want to be able to take plenty of cutting if need be. im thinking about doing the SOG style in the flower tent. not quite sure how many i should throw in there. for that area, plus only working with 1200w HPS how many would you go with?? i was thinking around 10-20 per light. Also what if i ran a sheet of mylar down the mddle of the large tent to kinda make two rooms out of the one tent to help reflect the light better??

You're talking to the wrong person. I run a 250w HPS which keeps me in plenty of bud. Heck, my veg cab only has three 55w CFL's in it.

you can see right through mylar its not solid just reflective cant be used as a wall unless you put it on a piece of plywood or osb board and with it being your first SoG try dont put no more than 10 thats 40 in flower about 4 to 6 mothers and another 40 or more clippings ill let you do the math on that. if you think you got it under control go for it do a mini SoG style grow with 16 plants under 1 light 4 in each set and run other bigger plants beside them
