New Grow Setup - Pros Please Help

I am now going on my second grow. First one was in a small closet and was successful, but hey, I was a newbie and was happy with 5 o's. Now I have now moved to a larger area for my grow closet and I need to know how many plants are at an optimum for this enviroment.

400 watts dual ballast plus side lights of 8 cfl's
DWC set up
Closet is 2 1/2 feed deep by 6 feet long by 8 feet high.
Mylar lined
exhaust fans in place
fresh air intake fan


Need to know best method. # of plants and type of seeds you would grow for best yield in DWC.

6 to 8 plants get some co 2 and up the yield. go with big bug or white widow. cant go wrong. add a lte mover and you dowble your plants.

I'd do 4-6 depending on how big you veg. DWC plants like to get big and spread out.
