whats the problem? to keep cold air in you close the door. if the door stops it, you need a intake through the wall/floor to get fresh cold air in. patching holes is easy

if you got a ac, and suck air in from the cooled room your tent is in, yes thats fine.

If your using an ac make sure you get one with a btu big enough to cool your room efficiently. If using hid lights also take into account the extra heat they create... but an ac room with a passive intake set up will work great.
