New grower. 12/12 for over a week. Leaves are too yellow?

It seems Potassium deficiency too (K). Easy on them ferts!!!!!

You are lacking nitrogen. Nitrogen is used for the production of flowers. The plant is taking it from the leaves because it can't get it from the roots.

You need a balanced feed from start to finish.

Those plants are hungry for a lot of stuff. When plants start flowering like those are is when they start feeding the heaviest. They haven't been fed ever except for some Big Bloom which isn't going to cut it on it's own. They need a few meals at an All You Can Eat Buffet.
