New Grower and I need a TON of help

Well, I am a brand new grower and everything. Today I put my Thai x Skunk seed in some warm water to degerm it. I'm going to change the water every 12 hours. Now, I want to do it out side, I have a nice bush area, however i live on a busy road, and today when i went out for a cig, i saw three cop cars zoom by, now i'm not sure why, but it freaked me out, i have about 4 seeds, and 2 dimes.

but anyways, what do i do? should i do it hidden near the bushes? or should i just go to a forest that has a lot of deer [ i've seen a couple]. Tell me the time incraments of watering, what i should do.
EVERYTHING pleasee :shock:

I plan to get ultra stoned this summer, if that will help.

Or should i do indoors?
I have like 60 dollers from my birthday on saturday, [ that's how i got the seeds].

:shock:Wow! dude you should read the grow faq on here 1st because there is so much to know. I will gladly answer all questions that you have to the best of my ability though. I always recommend indoors if its possible because you can control the environment. But outdoors is good as well many say better. If you grow outdoors then I would suggest to stay as stealth as possible and near a busy highway is not stealth in my opinion. Plus there are ways to keep the deer away from your plants because they will try to eat them. As for the watering question it depends on the age of the plant and other factors but generally pot doesnt like to be overwatered so I only water about twicw a week sometimes 3 times but no more unless they are seedlings ..hope this helps

Well so far this is what i got.
Usually a grow box should have an intake and outtake fan,
aluminum foil,
and the lighting i cant' find a good tread for that.
will anyone explain?
