New grower and want to stay with leds

My budget is around 800 dollars and I want a good bloom light for flowering. I probably made a mistake by buying a viparspectra led but it's working on beg. Can anyone give me some recommendations on some good brands. I still haven't flowered with my viparspectra 600w but after more research it's probably not that good.

For proven COB performance, for longevity, name brand stuff, like cree or bridgelux or citizen. You're gonna pay about $100 per 100 watt cob. This includes heatsinks, drivers, screws, cobs,frame materials. I built an 8 cob for a little under $800.

Just get a ceramic metal halide 315watts game over probably $450
