New grower-everything going wrong!

Hey, I'm a new grower, got given a plant just starting to flower, its been about a month and a half, now producing crystals as a few days ago. I also have two vegging plants from bag seed.

On my vegging plants I have occationally noticed a silvery residue. It makes me think of snails, but its not a trail like i've seen, just one or two random spots. \image 0002 hows some of this right in the middle of a leaf on the bottom of the pic

Shook the veg plants and a white fly flew up. I put a fan on the flowering plant to help keep anything off it.

Today on my flowering plant I noticed a wet spot...I haven't watered in two days. Is it maybe condensation, or do any bugs do this?

Upon further inspection-mites?! Or are these whitefly eggs? (image of underside of leaf)

Also, the flowering plant may have been over fertilized said the person who gave it to me. Its been givin orchid bloom.

The spindly veg plant has been eaten by the cat (always remeber to shut the door!)

Please help! Heres as many pics of things I could take with the webcam. Notice the small dots on some of the leaves, then the yellowing and browning leaves..

EDIT- 2) Growing indoor or outdoors -INDOOR
3) Watering schedule - WHEN THE SOIL GETS DRY..PROB EVERY 4 DAYS
4) Growing Medium - SOIL --unknown for flowering plant, mixture off peat moss, perlite, and potting soil for veg plants
5) What stage of growth - flowering (month and a half??) veg- about the same

#1 you have white fly's.
#2 it didn't get overfertalized nessicarily, but the nutrient mix was to strong. you should have used a 20% misture for the first watering.

ya, it was just starting to flower, he had it in a window, surely not enough light. We too kept it in the window until I got the lights, so it is probably lagging behind. I have a 2 23w warm cfls and a 40w warm cfl... prob not enough right?

It sure has gotten better since i got the 40w cfl, the flowers grow bigger noticably everyday.

Also, its really big..I think too big, it covers almost a whole closet. His problem again I'm sure.

thants just enough for the flowering plant..... you need 80~ Watts per plant Minimum. using CFL's its better to have 100 Watts per plant because of the lumen output.

Cant see silvery stuff. But you need more light. i think the by the window would be giving more light than those tiny fluros.
