[New Grower Here] Is my plant dying?

Hi everyone, new grower here. Exactly two weeks ago I planted a bagseed just for curiosity. I was very surprised when I saw it growing for the soil, now it’s the second week and about two days ago the leafs are curling down, even tho they seem healthy to me. I’m checking the soil every time, if it’s dry I give her some water, so I don’t think the problem is overwatering but I could be wrong.
I’d be glad If someone with more experience could help me and guide me on the next steps.
Another question that I have is when I should transplant her on a bigger vase.
I will attach the photos before and after the leafs curling.

I'm not much more experienced at this than you, but last year someone told me I was overwatering when some of my plants looked like that. All I've done with my seedlings ever since has been to keep the top layer of soil moist with a spray bottle a couple of times per day. They've looked nice and healthy ever since.

If this happens to also your problem, then it'll bounce back when you correct whatever the issue is.

Yeah, I’m using a spray bottle too, trying not to give her too much water, that why I was confused. Anyway I will try to check if she will bounce back next days

Yeah I thought this could be the problem, but she taking not less than 19 hours of light per day. Maybe it’s time to transplant her? I mean, it’s just too weeks but maybe the problem are the roots that need more space to grow.

how much watts of light are you giving it?

Well since I don’t have a proper setup for indoor, I was using a 60W led bulb at the beginning. But anyway I’m planning to move her outdoor now

Yeah definitely not enough light. Just be careful of snails and shit that will eat it cause it’s only young. I’ve lost a few that way when I used to grow outdoor.
