PH 6.0
600w led full spectrum
Two/three weeks

One of my plants seems stunned, and isn’t growing as fast as the others and now the others have started to show the same signs. Pictures below

temp is roughly 22c humidity 40%
the temperature does vary as it gets cold and night and hot in the day. I have a heater that I have to turn on and of and up and down

also I have white salt build up on top of the coco
I use Cana start nuts at 1/4
I use plan ph 6.0 water every other feed to try flush the salt but with a small plant in big pots (autos) I don’t want to water to run off and drown them

advice on this would be much appreciated

Well if you're running coco, you won't have to worry about drowning your plants (unless you let them sit in the runoff), especially since you're using fabric pots. Could possibly be the humidity. I've noticed seedlings usually like a higher rh, around 50-70%.
I'd say since they're still fairly young, just give them time and keep monitoring them. Different plants grow at different rates, even those of the same strain.

Sorry about the light... the one of the coco here I’m trying to show the salt still sitting on top
Try raising the humidity to at least 50%. This really helped me when the texture my leaves started turning rough. Otherwise, they're looking green to me
If they've been in those pots for 2+ weeks, their roots have most likely already spread throughout. I'd say you could feed them a bit more. Feeding till runoff should help with the salt build up too.

Thanks I will try the humidity levels. There’s not much info on my problems as it’s strange because the leaf colouring ect is really good and one plant is growing fine. The others have been stunned for some reason for about a week now ;( iv been watering till runoff I hope they recover but being autos I think iv messed up
