New Grower Needing Advice/Input

There are multiple ways to do just about everything with this plant and that even goes as far as the consumption aspect, not just growing....there is no one best way....but you're right that you'll figure out what is best for you...environments, budgets, and attention to detail are different for everyone so we all do it our own way. You'll get there.

If I am not transplanting, I do not mix in amendments with the OF, I mix them into the top soil with about a cup of OF to cover when time to topdress. I do not make teas. When transplanting I will toss in a tablespoon of biolive 5-4-2 and mykos to give it a mycorrhizal boost. Some people don't even bother with amendments and just top dress more OF

Don't sell yourself short, you have more than enough time to read up on this method and discard the trio lineup. Growing in soil with dry amendments is about as easy as one could ask for. It is a slower growing method, but that has its advantages too.

Wow that @Budzbuddha post is amazing. Life got a little fast these last couple weeks so I haven't had time to do much with it. I ended up buying some GH Flora Trio nutrients to try those out for this run. And I did my first dose the other day at 1/4 strength. Pretty sure I have N deficiency on 2 plants and K deficiency on another. Here's some pics, see if you all agree. I'm thinking 1st pic is K deficiency and 2nd pic is N deficiency?k deficiency.PNGn deficiency.PNG

Rewriting my grow specs below and adding some more pictures. Bonus Bubblegum autoflower pic included (its the one in the 3 gallon pot). Its like 10 days younger than the photoperiod Super Skunks but its just growing like crazy!

They're in a 3x3 tent with a Viparaspectra P2000, 26" from canopy at 60% power (manufacturer recommends 26"-30" @60% power for seedlings). These are ILGM Super Skunk photoperiod seeds btw in Ocean Forest soil. Temps between 71 and 74 deg F, with RH between 40% and 50%. 18/6 light schedule. Transplanted to 1g fabric pots last week and I water when pot is light, basically every 4-5 days with dechlorinated tap water pH'd to 6.3-6.5. Started feeding GH flora trio nutes at 1/4 strength on my most recent watering.

Not quite sure what's going on with the top right plant. Looks like its possibly dying and definitely a runt.

Need Nitro bump - easy fix with your feed or you can cheesecloth FFOF / aerate for a simple soil drench tea.

I'm gonna try the cheesecloth method on the next feeding, I think you talk about it around page 7 of your FFOF made easy thread. I got some GH flora nutrients from a friend for half price but I'm seeing online that those nutes are more geared toward hydro and as such, its possible that up to half of the nutrients won't be available for the plants to uptake in soil. Not sure if this is bro-science or not but I can say that I've definitely noticed a change in plant color 2 days after feeding 1/4 strength GH nutes. See below for pictures (left side is day of feeding, right side is 2 days post feeding. The post-feed plants, especially the top-left one now have a deeper, hunter green coloring.

Either way, I have some leftover FFOF so I'll try the cheesecloth steeping method.

Take them off once they come off with an easy tug.
Hey man, thanks for dropping back in to this thread. Its funny, usually the simplest method is the best. Here I am with my X-acto knife and alcohol swabs ready to chop and the solution is "just wait 'til it wants to come off." I love this.

Also, thanks for the previous tips about watering to runoff and plant lighting levels. I'm watering/feeding to runoff and I'm now currently working on bumping my light up to 100% by going up a few percentages every day. I'll be running my P2000 at 100% very soon now.

Hey, @PeaceLove&HotSauce

My advice is that you should add some DYNOMYCO to the roots of your plants. The mycorrhizal inoculants formula is composed of 2 types of Fungus, created solely for Cannabis cultivation, attach itself to the roots of your plants making them bigger and stronger - therefore the plant will absorb nutrients and water with more efficiency, giving you AMAZING results. You should test it out!
