New grower with multiple issues

I started all of these from seeds from a reputable supplier.
No nutes except distilled water from the start. Just competed second feeding with lower amount of nutes and some root supplement. (Heavy 16)
Using a growers choice 720 LED light on lowest setting a good 24-30 inches away
I keep it clean and have yet to find any type of infestations even in the soil
Tried adjusting fans to avoid wind burn but I have good air circulation
This is my first grow, i try being as gentle as possible and I have a blue labs monitor for PH and ppm although I’ve been using distilled the whole time anyway
I uploaded a bunch of pics from different angles. The dark bumpy one is the same plant
Any thoughts would be amazing bongsmilie

Get a scope and look at the backside of one of the affected bumpy leaves. Look for eggs, little round spheres that could vary from clear to coudy. I've been battling broadmites for months and have had to scrap 3 grows in a row from these bastards. You can check out my instagram for pics and posts from these failed crops. Those bumpy plants look very much like my infected plants.

Thanks you guys. I totally forgot I did a very mild spray all over with an organic neem oil spray I made. I check for bugs daily but I should buy a magnifying glass lol hopefully just some with bad genes on a few of the seeds bongsmilie

Too soon for broadmites to reach maturity yet

Its genetics. If you wont have space for them in the future, pull them out. If space is not an issue let them grow they’ll be fine
