As long as all of the leaves are not yellow I think your ok. Plants loose there leaves and it usually starts with the older ones that are at the bottom.

Yea, your bottom leaves will fall out. As long as new growth and overall foliage looks good then you're good. Flowering means the plant readying to kamakazi man, expect some changes :)

Depending on your pH level, there might be a slight possibility of a potassium deficiency which links to a calcium lock out. I've had the same issues a few weeks ago and after flushing out the plant and putting in the required nutrients (i'm using fox farm trio at 1/4-1/2 recommended strength) the brown spots started to fade away. Good idea to invest in a soil pH meter, it also shows the moisture level which indicates when you should water.

As for the yellowing of leaves, its a normal thing, nothing to fret, just that the plant is using up the nutrients in the fan leaves. Remember not to cut out the leaves for the plant is sucking up all the nutrients it can get from the fan leaves.
