you will get mixed comments on this but generally you dont wanna give nutes until 3rd true leafset, some people will give it at the fitfh set, some people as soon as a sprout comes up, 3rd leafset is a safe bet though, but never before sprouting. Also i wouldnt put them under lights until they sprout up either, all a seed needs is a little moisture and darkness and around 80degree temps to crack its shell and start its journey, dont plant seeds too deep, either, if using a peat plug or any kind of starting cube/plug just drop the seed in the hole and use just a small piece of the plug or medium to cover the seed loosely, in a sense you could think of the seed as an infant child, you dont wanna drown it (not too much water) you dont wanna smother it (dont pack it in under the dirt, just let a very lite layer of medium cover the seed until it pushes its way out on its own) and dont feed it anything other than designated "baby formula" (there are rooting compounds/ boosters you can use to soak your starter plugs/medium before dropping ur seed in, these are not required but can help speed up rooting, these are generally used for cloning though, less so for popping seeds but can still be helpful.

I currently use an EZ cloner and only pop seeds when i need/want a new mother plant but back when i used to do every plant from seed my process was as follows- i would soak my rapid rooter plugs in a lite K-L-N rooting compound- well water mix, ring them out so they aren't over saturated, drop seed in the hole, tear off a small piece of the rapid rooter to cover the seed with, then put the rapid rooters in a plug tray, inside a humidity dome, with a thermostat controlled heating mat underneath set to 80 and to ensure i was actually getting that temp to the seeds i would take a spare rapid rooter and stick the sensor probe in it and put that into the plug tray as well. then its just a matter of misting the dome every other day until i had baby sprouts then id turn the light on.

hope this helps! just remember everyones grow is a lil different and there's a million different ways to grow, just gotta figure out what works for you!

Some can take longer than a week for sure. How old the seeds are, how heavy the mix is etc, I don't feed anything at all that early on. Have pretty good success but get the odd duff seed. No pals to get clones off? Will save a good few weeks?

If you've been feeding germinated seeds in peat before they've broken the surface you probably kept them too wet and the seeds rotted. Give them some more time and then start over.

I got some more seeds so I have
germinated and now going to put soil and once they grow I will change them over to peat and underlights what do you think?

Sounds like over watering, Moist not wet. Nutes are a bad idea to. A seed contains everything the plant needs for at least the first 10 days. Fish emulsion or liquid kelp from day 7 to 3rd set of leaves. I'm giving this half strength fert tomorrow 200008.jpg-250 PPM. 3 weeks old.

I also find, that seedlings, if you take some spare dirt, and as it grows up, add a mound around the stem, it will promote faster root growth, therefore better nute uptake

Lightening your soil to increase aeration and drainage. Wet dry cycle. Peripheral weathering shallow wide pots and medium temp make insane roots. Piling dirt on is new to me.

See in the pictures that they are overwatered. Temperature of the ground is probably too low because of it, did you measured it?
