New Growing Project: Will I get caught?

Hello guys, first post here..

I'm well into preparing to begin my first grow, but have a couple concerns as of now:

First off, location. I am growing outdoors in a clearing in a 320 acre corn field/forest that is behind my house. It was owned by a single farmer who died and willed it to a local charity. It has been sitting with no activity for over 10 years. At the time it is completely overgrown with trees, dense shrubs, and when in clearings, 5+ foot tall grass. Last winter I wandered as far as humanely possible through this area and found a small clearing that has short grass, amazing sunlight, and is surrounded by pine trees with a nearby stream. Seems perfect, right?
Well, when i went to begin digging it was quickly obvious why the grass was short, there was no dirt. As soon as you dug you'd run into rocks, and lots of them. I took a 4 stroke tiller and dug and dug and managed to make a large, deep hole that I filled with fresh topsoil and seems to be fine to grow a plant now. Is this okay? the dirt around it is moderately survivable for roots but its clear that the plant will NOT be able to extend it's roots downwards anymore that 1-2 feet.. is this okay?

Second concern is with security.. I have no worries whatsoever that anyone will run into like i did, as i struggle to find the place each time i go back, but I am worried about aerial cops. Although it may sound like the middle of no where it is actually backing up to a couple very large neighborhoods, just oddly the current owners have decided not to sell out yet. they fly over the area at least a couple of times a week, but I don't think they pay too much attention to the woods because they've flown over me countless times and technically ive always been trespassing so.. I attached a picture of the area from google maps and highlighted where I am growing. I am a little worried the cops may notice the fresh (and blatantly darker) topsoil I filled in the hole i dug with.

My last concern is growing time(I live in Kentucky). I am wanting to plant in fall, which I know is strange and probably won't give the best yields but I am more after the experience to prepare for a spring grow aswell. Should the plants get enough growing time to at least offer some yields? It sure is blazing hot right now so theyll have no problem for at least the first 2 months, its the last month im worried about. I am using the strain Blue Mystic autoflower from Nirvana which calls for a quick grow, so maybe there is hope?

Sorry about the long post, just looking for some answers!! Thanks everyone

I got lost there nearly everytime.. the grass was so thick and tall it was ridiculous. if someone finds it then they deserve the weed, lol.

would putting up chicken wire raise a red flag? I saw what seemed to be geese back there right by where im planning on planting it and don't what them or the deer messing with it

I suggest a product called "liquid fence deer and rabbit repellent" i have 3 outdoor plants. One i used liquid fence around and its fine, one i used it after a bite was taken out of it and since i used it no more bites. The third has not gotten any around it and has been nearly completely eaten.

Your problem is going to be the short season time now. Not sure when your first frost will be but thats gunna be an issue. By the time the plants are mature enough to flower it will be the end of sept. Or early october, then you have AT LEAST 7-8 weeks, maybe twice that depends on strain. Your harvest date is gunna be in january at best. Frost WILL kill them.

I just saw it was an auto, but still.... Frost is gunna be a problem. Not sure what your climates like but google "(your town) first frost date) if its less than 90 days away its a waste of seeds.

A few years ago we had a decade long run in KY where we didn't get a killing freeze on the far western end until after turkey day, but the past few years has witnessed a return to late October/early November freezes..

There was a Mexican sativa I grew out in that 2012 S&T thread that took until early November and she got hit 3 times hard by November 3. It uglied her up, but didn't kill her. She wasn't ready but I had to pull her first week of November because of a super cold night coming

Basically your climate is what matters here. Seeds arent cheap, you dont wanna waste em. The fact that the roots cant get deeper than 2 feet is okay. They are autos so they wont get too big any way. Maybe space them out so the roots can grow out a little bit.

I suggest using this time to prep the site. Gather good soil, maybe make a raised bed. Get it ready for spring.

And seriously liquid fence is where its at. Smells horrible and attracts flys instantly but it does the job.

Id hate to see you end up with this

Yeah.. I regret not starting earlier, but sadly I do not believe the location will be viable in the spring. Although the property has been abandoned for as long as I've lived here, rumor is a construction company is beginning a building project for a 500 house neighborhood in January, which is my motive for growing now

The strain claims for an 8-10 week grow, which would mean it'd be done in early November which shouldn't have many/any frosts, and if it does, I heard you can use milk crates to help resist the frost?
