Just noticed a little bit on the new growth, is it time for nutes?
new growth has a little yellowing and growth is a little slower

Tell us a little more about the plant. How long has it been growing? Is it still in the vegetative state?
My understanding is that you can fix a nitrogen deficiency in the vegetative state, but you really want to leave it alone once it is flowering. Later on in the life cycle it is normal for it to have a nitrogen deficiency.

They are still in the veg state, 1 week old. Im growing out of solo cups.

I kick in a pretty low nutrient dosage after the first week for mine when growing in coco. Take a look at the fertilizer website, they generally have a feeding chart. I wouldn't go full strength but it sounds like they are ready for some fertilizer.

Fed usually after 10-14 days
