New growth on plant 3 weeks from flowering?

Hi - Long time listener, first time caller.

I'm on my second season of outdoor growing in organic soil. I've got 3 autos going, and they all look really happy, but I see new growth on one of them. They're all about 3-4 weeks from harvest. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

If you look closely on other parts of the plant you can white hairs coming out of it. These are just new calyxes being formed that will turn into bud.
Might be wrong but that's what it looks like to me.

Thanks @GrowingAbroad - I kinda think you're right. Not sure what's going on, but I'll post some updates in a week or two. It should be clear by then.
