no deffinately not normal i would check for a light leak something is making your plants veg more

12/12 i did have a timer issue in week seven where it got 16 hours light then 6 dark an 6 light then put in dark for 56 now has been on 12/12 for a week since

Just put it in 12/12 and make sure there is no light leaks and it should fix it just fine.

i would say one to two weeks but i would deffinately snip that new growth otherwise you might stress your girl into a hermei because it would be trying to produce new growth which takes away from the the thc it's supposed to be producing not to mention the fact that you now have some veg that's 6 weeks behind all you'll get is nuthin from that lil top snip it.
