New growth yellowing?

There's lots of reasons for yellowing new growth.

The most common is just because it's new vigorous growth and it takes time for less mobile nutrients to keep up. (Iron or sulphur)
If there isn't a problem then they will green up.

Other common issues are light burn, ph problems but you've provided no info other than a couple of pics .
Ph is sitting at about 6.5.
I have not checked any run off though.

I have only fed them twice. About one quarter strength.

They are a little over a month old.

I have a 450w viparspectra led

And also about another 200 watts of led side light.
About 20 inches away

3 gallon fabric pots

I mixed my soil

Top soil, perlite, and peat moss

I'd say no, but upon further inspection, I do see a tad bit of yellowing starting. Can you give some more details? Light wattage, distance, feeding, medium etc. Can't help much without those.
