New Guy Needs Advise On Medicinal Strains That Are Forgiving To Grow....

Hello everybody,

I am in the process of building a greenhouse in my backyard & obtaining the proper medicinal licensing.

I have never grown anything in a greenhouse before & I'm looking for advise on strains that are well suited for a first time guy with a greenhouse. My greenhouse measures 10' square, with 94" tall walls & a peaked ceiling. The north facing wall & roof are solid with the majority of the rest being clear. It is located in the Pacific Northwest.

I'm seeking a strain that will relieve chronic back pain from a serious spinal injury. I'm also seeking a more uplifting & energizing type of effect to help with PTSD & SAD. I really don't need something that will induce couch lock as I have that problem to begin with. Along with advise on certain strains that will help my symptoms & grow well in a greenhouse, I also need advise on a reliable source of seeds. I have been doing some searches on the internet & I'm a bit overwhelmed with seed suppliers. I have no clue who I should trust or which company deserves my dollars over the others.

Thank you for any information as I greatly appreciate it.

Seed companies - the more established, the more trust.
If someone has traded under the same name for years,
their long term reputation is worth far more than a quick profit
based on dishonesty.

If I were you I would search for threads about GREENHOUSE grows.

There have been several excellent threads
and you could learn a great deal by reading through them.

Take a look at these strains and see what you think. I use Sensible Seeds when I purchase genetics.
Sleestack X Skunk
OG Kush
Kali Mist

Those strains look very promising. Thank you.

What about CBD count? Should I be interested in trying to grow a strain with a high CBD count? Is the % of CBD to THC inversly proportional? The higher the CBD the lower the THC & visa versa?
