I'm really don't think I could fit a bigger Rez in the cab due to the light then. Being way to close and not able to lift if far enough away once she stretches I really have to be able to close it up and hide it. What other kind of light do you think for this box. I'm not mass growing at all just personal meds
Just work with what you have, change res 2 to 3 times a week

A quantum board or sol skin or other slim profile light would work in there. Giving you more light for less wattage than a mars. Plus you could dim them if needed.
To be honest the first pics look like light burn to me, its probably an intolerant strain if you haven't had these problems previously. Light burn is more common with LEDs like mars due to the mono diodes.

Just out of interest

What are the dimensions of the box?
What do you have to remove heat?
What do you have to circulate air?
What is the temperature in there?

what are you temps in there, I don't see much air flow? I cant really tell in the pic. do you have a pic of the root ball in your DWC?

DWC is one of those things, I myself have never been very successful with; nor a fan of all the work/monitoring. DWC is all about keeping your enviro prefect.

the pictures you posted, IMHO looks like a snowball of problems, that no single remedy or action is going to fix.

since you're spending money, I did not see a temp/humidity monitor in there. some of the best money you can spend is on environmental gear.

IMHO: scrap the grow and start over.

It's a 4x4 x3 box. It is in my shed outside and does have heat issues due to my desert local. I have the 2 5 inch pc fans on top and a 1"x4' slit opening at the bottom I have to use frozen water bottles in the Rez to keep the roots cool. Since it has been 115 plus for most of the summer the humidity is about 35 %. Depending on the day

I don't think I'm ready to throw in the towel. But if you would elaborate on what issues you do see so I can learn how not to end up here again

It's a strange thing though. I have had the greatest of success when I put them in just regular Home Depot soil and fish emulsion every few watering sand have grown very large and high yield. Bag seed. Maybe I f with it to much

not saying to throwing the towel.

but being outside with high regional temps in a shed, does not sound like a good place for DWC...I could be wrong.

that just not enough air, and frozen bottles. you have right ideas to control small swings in environment. but it looks like mother nature is winning this one.

if there a reason why you just cant get some good soil and grow outside? or bring that DWC indoor with A/c?

well that's very good data, have you tested your TAP water? you might need a RO, and start looking in to some other soil/hydro mediums.

looks like its something about the nuets and the problem since they are both effected the same way.

I use ro water for everything. Always. It has been a hot summer in az. And they are in black pots. But what's funny is the grew well during the hottest part of the summer and now that the nights are color everything went crazy and wrong

well since you have had success in the past, guess you should be asking if its worth it to even spend the time and resources to (try) and finish this run Vs starting over.

With this run I'm going to see what I get. Then I'm going to rip that box apart. More intake and exhaust. Maybe even a small water cooler for the shed. I can't bring it in. Due to my alter ego lifestyle so I have to figure this thing out or scrap the whole thing as a failure a lot of money to toss. Butt if it don't work it dontmaybe it will work for a couple of auto flowers during the winter months.
