New here are my buds ready to harvest

this is my first grow here and so far have gotten everything wrong but luckily have learned from all my mistakes to start off this came from bag seeds my plants are 8 weeks into flowering alittle over 9 weeks since I changed the light cycle to12/12 I’m using a 600 w led im wondering if my top buds are ready for harvest I plan on harvesting the tops first and letting the lowered half go another week here are some pictures

No way to tell from a pic but when you think they are ready wait another week then take them

Thank I will give them another week should I take a small bud off to test in a week or so first and should I take the big colas off then give the bottom another week or so
