New indoor hydro opp

ok.....i am a somewhat experienced grower, i have produced a handful of harvests not much more.....but i decided to step my game up....switching to hydroponics and thinking about having 25 plants or so.....what are ways to increase my yield....i want the most pound per plant as i can get.....i was thinking of doing 3 stations.....clones, vegging and budding....i was thinking two 600 watt hps or mh over about 10-15 plants vegging then id say about 1000 watts for every 5 plants budding????? what do you think?? there are also other factors i may not have coverd like the best seeds and anything i should know....im starting from scratch please help

sorry i didnt even mention the hydroponics part of the whole thing, which might be my weak point.....for a basement grow with the amount i gave what system would be best???? i know i might need multiple set-ups but i just dont know what system is easiest and efficient
