Maybe in the past, but today it's not a problem (least not right now)..:blsmoke: Only time I've ever heard of state's fighting over a prisoner was because one wanted to execute him and the other wanted to try him for something else... LOL..

Come on people, don't be afraid to register repubican. I know it's hard after 8 years of Bush. But, please believe Ron Paul is the most democratic of all the candidates and the best choice for America. He's not even really a Repubilcan, he's a libertarian. Meaning he believes in the Constitution and believes that the government should not be allowed to operate outside of the constitution.:peace:
