New leaves are curling need some advice

Hi everyone
I m wondering if this curling because of too much light ? or some kind of deficiency , mainly the new growth is curling
Friend of mine suggested to lower the intensity and i did i have HLG Rspec 24 inch above at 230 watts i lowered it to 195 watts
RDWC
PPM – 820
Temp – 73
PH –5.9
im using Lucas FLoranova and silica the are on 15th day of veg
im adding 50 ml h2o2 every 4 days diluted in 350 ml rez water and just added 20 ml calmag

Also, you can't just "add CalMag''. You need to always make a small batch of nutes. Calmag has to be mixed Into the water very first. Like in a jug. Then if you were just adding it, mix a little flora Nova in there too to prevent lockouts. But same applies when mixing new full strength nutes too.

Also forgot to mention that i mix calmag to rez water

So what im trying to figure out is if i should do something about this curved claw leaves or leave it alone :)

Also when do u use 8 ml per gallon floranova bloom ? (Lucas formula ) it says from start to finish but if i lower ppm and im on week 2 i can prob use 8ml in flower only i guess ?
