New leavs curling , why??

hi guys, these girls have 40 days not like this because they are in these conditions.
I fertilized them with biocanna vega 2 times
First time with 1 ml the second time with 2 ml x lt.
and I gave calmag biobizz 3 times (0,5 x lt)
I'm sure it's not an excess of water as I'm very scrupulous about watering only when serving.
temperature 15-22 °
today I have defoliated them because I would like to make them bloom.
Do you have any advice or ideas on what might have happened?

gOSH.........so many questions so little information. Are these photo or autos? What light and distance? What nutes? How often do you water? What are you high low temps/humidity? The ways they're curled downward is not from under watering but most likely a watering issue (over watering or not watering right.) Overall them bitches are hungry. Look at them. Smoke a fatty at just zone out and watch them.. what are they saying to you? :eyesmoke:

do you ever get run off from watering? If you do, have you checked your run off vs initial EC and ph?
