New light, hmmmm

Finally I have managed to find a shop that sells a CLF bulb that is over 18watts; I bought a 42watt one. The only problem is that I havent been able to find the appropriate fitting for it; no sells it! Its a 'GX24q-4 cap'. Does anyone know how I could wire this up to the mains as I have no clue!

damn, thats a hard one, no idea........

those are most commonly used in recessed lights, so you'll probably have to buy a can. I think the spiral compact fluros are brighter though.

Okay, what does that meen exactly?
Secondly, is it possible to wire this up manually?
