New moon 2012

October 15 is New Moon here in SoCal. We have been tryin to stay on phase with this grow(as far as pruning and whatnot). So we either wait another 2 weeks(weather permitting). Or go for it by tomorrow night. Hmmmm?

So the moon phase says to pluck eh. I always wondered about it but they also say harvest moon. So it either tommorow or by next full moon. Or when is harvest moon?

IMO they need more time for sure.

Wasn't harvest moon the end of Sept?

i think harvest moon was oct 11 this year.

Yea harvest moon was a couple weeks ago. But it was too early. This is just one plant out of 3 in flower right now. And uhhh....The wife talked me into it last night and she is now hanging. We are in big favor of the upper stone. Definitly doesnt worjk well for insomnia but,, we got the other two which look to be twice if not three times the yield of this girl we just pulled.
And back to the moon, I had suggested lets go until the next new moon, but, we had a lower popcorn we pulled from her like a week ago, and tried it last night, and it was delicious and a bit wirey though. Around new moon is apparently the pruning and wutever and the full moon is sowing. So we tried to guide by the moon. For fun also....Legalize and HAPPY HARVEST2012!


I think sept 30th was harvest moon.

Yea,I agree, but, we said fuck it and go thru some trial and errors. We have had experience in the past (growing)but never as serious and...of course, now we have our own house. So aint nobody can tell us shit ..... But thanks for the advice. Errrone is saying to wait.... But I will trim and cure and take pics and all that good stuff.
