dam you and your metric. and i`m canadian. lol
right now your main concern would be to get the room dialed in first or i cant diagnose plant issue properly. your problems may not be the plant but your room. one thing at a time or we wont know where the issue is.
if you can convert the mm to feet faster than me post it up

ok i got it.
3.5 x 1.6 x 3 = 173 aproximately. so i would have a fan with about 250 cfm
i think my math is correct, i`m a littl e buzzed right now, if its wrong i`m sure someone will jump on it for us

not sure how much room you have above the light to keep rasing but if your not flowering by now your going to get some really big plants.... i see that topping is not in your nature either.... how often are you watering?.... when plants are curling downwards its usually overwatering... the bottom leaves will fall off the plants use them as shitters... most people make the mistake of ripping them off only to find out the plant just makes another shitter.... of course it could also be a N difeciency ....

im not liking how they are curling down on the tips like that... must be the temp issue that you are working on....

like i siad... how often do you water/.... what are you watering with?... ph of what?.. if you dont have any testers and stuff you should consider yourself lucky that they look this good... unless you are using ro water and then i have found that most store water is at a good range of 6+.. never above 7 and very low ppm .like 12.... safeway water i have found to be the best (when your filling them up in 5 gallon bottles)... it has a ppm of 2 i know... awsome right...

anyway man good luck with your grow...

get the ph tester and i would suggtest just getting some ph up solutuon. hutes usualy will lower ph. there are other materials used to adjust ph but this stuff is so cheep and you only need a few drops. you dont want to top ater they have started to flower, to much stress. hard do tell from the pic`s but i would say from looking at the size of your pots and the fact that they have started the flower cycle you need to give more water. 200 ml is only about 1/2 to 3/4 cup. double that, now it will take a bit longer to dry up. if you have issuse with the top of soil drying to fast compared to lower then cover soil with black/white plastic or similar.
watch the tester you buy, make sure it has the correcr range. some cheep pool ones aren`t good enough. usualy not low enough. get something that will go down around a ph of 5.
how much run off do you get?

If you're willing to buy the bottled water may I suggest looking for something that has been distilled or R.O. Alot of the time the "mountain spring" or any kind of spring water is just tap water run through a UV light or a micro filter. Not saying that it's bad water to use just that if you get distilled or R.O. the ppm should be really close to 0, meaning there is only pure water in that bottle, no other minerals.

dam i love bc water mine is perfect ph and 0 ppm right from the tap.
another cheep way for water that i use is get a fish tank filter and a resivior and run the water through the fish filter and you will have great water all the time. my water stayed consistant the whole grow

Dude, have you got any gaps around the door to your growroom?...your plants look fine and i have had the same problem with temps, exact tly the same as yours in fact. your top leave that you say look a little crinkly, they are but they rellax out in time, no worries there, if you want more humidity hang up a wet towel in your room, get you lights between 15-18 inch above plants, get fan ociliating from side, get 2 fans if poss and seal any gaps around doors etc, especially if your exhaust is near to or above your door...If any of this don't make sense dude, forgive me i'm stoned, ask and i'll try to clarify.
