New Plant

Hey all so this is my first post because i have never had a plant before but on Saturday a friend walked in with a plant and im happy as Larry. My worries are this plant is about 30cm no leaves for the first 28 cm and all of a sudden there is two flowering heads and a few leaves. I have posted pictures for your judging, What should i do? i have no idea of the environment this plant has been growing in, whether its received any nutrients? or light time?. I'm not necessarily looking any harvest out of this (Though a few buds would be great)clones would be more important as the weed smell very nice. i have no equipment and have had this under a skylight for the past few days. it looks like its already flowered and with only having leaves on the very top id just cut the buds off and call it good i mean theirs not much more u can do with it other wise it id cut it way down and and grow those tops imo.....but if those are buds cut em and dry em then smoke em

yeah looking at those pics again they are buds all u can really do it cut em and cure em

Are you saying i should harvest now and scrap the plant? Can I clone it at this stage if so whats the best way? Any advice?
