new plants starting to curl and brown!

hello.

I started some clones in 1 gal pots of 100% roots soil and they were doing fine up until about 1 week ago when the new growing sprouts started to brown and curl. im also noticing some white powder near the tips of the leaves (white powdery mildew?) but it only started about the same time I sprayed everything down with neem oil + spinosad for the gnats .

can anyone tell me whats wrong!!!!

also i have just been giving them normal water

Too wet fucking the roots and encouraging mildew. Is it in a rw cube? let the pot get very light between waterings. Blow a fan onn it to help dry the soil quicker.

i just bought pytherin and neem oil and sprayed everything down too just incase.
