New Please Help Hemp Plant

Hello im new to growing and have lots of things to ask about. First off I need to grow indoors and need to know is a florescent light bulb able to make it grow faster or even help it or damage it. I am growing Hemp to start but i dont know where to start any advice i would be vary thankful. Thank you.
P.S: Im new to forms as well.

Hey man,
Me personally I grow under 2 600w HPS bulbs as HID I think give better results, I also have a 700W mars LED just as an extra.
The more light the better, if u need to know anything my journal has a fare bit of info in it or get yourself the grow bible it’s a really good book and really helped me when I first started out. But if you need any advice then just give me a message bro
