new recipe cupcake with a twist

Hi there, this is a cupcake recipe with an indulgent twist. Enjoy thank you for viewing :)

What you will need

1 box chocolate devils food cake
1 can caramel ice cream topping
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
crushed candies (i used heath toffee bits, but really you could use whatever you'd like)
thawed whip topping

Directions

preheat the oven to the cake box instructions. in a large bowl empty the cake contents. Following the instructions replacing the water for milk, oil for melted butter (but double the amount) add one extra egg.
place the batter into the cupcake cups and follow cooking time recommend on the box.

when the cupcakes are done and still warm make a couple cuts into each cupcake meanwhile, pour caramel and sweetened milk into sauce pan over medium heat until smooth

add a tablespoon of caramel mixture to warm cupcakes, and add candy pieces. allow the cupcakes to cool and add whip topping finish by drizzling caramel and adding more candy pieces.
