I never have my rh that high. Maybe for rooting clones.

The domes are good for newly cut clones, since roots haven't developed, they need water from the leaves, and the domes help keep moisture in until roots are formed, at which point the dome comes off.
Since you have seedlings and they've already established roots, there's no need for domes or high humidity to keep in moisture.
Just blast them with light
