They look ok, just have an over watered look because you sprayed them. Stretch af, so when you transplant bury the stem just under the first set of little leaves. Lowering or turning up the light dimmer can help keep them from reaching.
and if I may suggest.. I wouldn't leave them in those containers when transplanting. Just a feeling that won't be good in the long run. Those supposed to be bio-degradable?

Lol no its a spider farms sf 1000 nit it pulls only 100 from the wall i know all about their wattage lies.
Ok I can work with that. I have one, and an sf2000 in a 2x4 right now.
go to 24 inches and put dimmer on 20-30% when the next set of leaves pops out and gets to be the size of a quarter turn up to 50%.
Next set of leaves bring it to 60%.
Next set 80% and drop to 18"

Will you rotate them to different panels or leave them under the same light
I'm going to leave them because the auto's will grow out a lot faster.. I can raise the sf2000 as they grow while keeping the blue haze short. When the auto's are done I'm going to train the blue haze into a trellis taking up most of the 2x4. I will also be keeping both lights in there til harvest. May tilt one and dim it. I have ideas lol
