New Set-up CHECK IT OUT...also looking for some advice

Just removed everything from the closet and transfered it to this bad boy. I had to upgrade so that I can start cloning. Mothers are in the bottom box (Vanilla Kush, Sour Diesel, Death Star, Laughing Buddha, White Rhino, Blue Widow, and Tangerine Dream). There are 3 clones in the top box flowering, red cups in bottom box are vegging clones that will soon be put into flower. There are 6 more clones 2 weeks behind them and I just cut 6-8 more that are 2 weeks behind them. All strains have different flowering times so I am expecting harvests every week continually.

Temps: Day=80-85F, Night=75-80F
Humidity: 37-42%

There is 1 inline fan blowing air in the side of the flowering box, and 1 inline fan pulling air out of the top. Without these fans temps were in the high 90's to 100F. Only problem now is the fan pulling air out the top is squeaking like a bitch and rumbling. Could this be because it is straight up and down causing the blade to rub wrong on the bearing? both fans are brand new

The fan noise sounds like its most likely because its positioning. Also, try to get your temps down even more if possible. Other than that, looks awesome man.

the fan technically shouldnt make a weird noise like that. i would keep an eye on it might be defective.... other than that nice setup

Inline fans can be mounted at any attitude. It sounds like maybe an impeller blade is bent. First off, try just holding it in your hand while it's running to see if the noise can be stopped by different mounting settup. Next, with the fan unplugged, turn the impeller with your hand and feel for rubbing. If it can't be fixed by remounting, return that fucker. One more advantage to shopping at the local hydro store...you'll walk out with a new fan. Another nore on fan noise. A speed controller is like nagic. A 20% reduction in speed gives an 80% reduction in noise. Harbor Freight sells a router speed control for $13 that works great. I have them on all 9 of my inline fans without any problems.

Your heat is a tad high. See if you can't up-size a fan and get the high under 82. Grow looks like a nice tiddy little settup. Good luck.

Thanks for all the info, definitely very helpful. Bad news is I bought the bitch off ebay. The noise only started after a few weeks to a month after installation so I'm still second guessing having it straight up and down. Are you saying to upgrade to possibly a 10" fan to lower the temps a bit? I'm not too concerned about noise as long as its not the terrible squeaking that the current one is making.

I figured it out...the fan blade was not glued onto the spindle very well so it was only partially sticky causing it to rub making that terrible high pitched squeaking sound. I slapped somemore glue on her and she has been reduced to a quiet hum

Good job. Maybe this can be a lesson to Ebay shoppers. If you plan on being in this game for any length of time, develope a relationship with a hydro store. You may be suprised at what kind of discount you can get by just asking. Then, when something breaks (and it will), you just walk in the door and walk out with a new one. The best time to negotiate the discount is the initial build. That way you'll be spending a good chunk of $$$ and have a good bargaining position. Also, I've made some contacts with other customers in the hydro store that have benefitting me for years. It's a great way to wiggle into your local growing community. How else you gonna get access to those TRUE clone only strains?
