New Set-up Need Advice

I will be starting a new grow soon in a new space and need some input on my set-up.

-Room size: 6.5' x 4.5'

-Lights 2x600w MH/HPS

-2 Oscillating fans

- 1 190 CFM Fan+Carbon Filter. This will only be used/on when smell becomes an issue. Once that starts it will be on at all times.

1) Now what kind of fan (CFM) should I get for the room? I was thinking 6" 400 CFM.

2) The room will be closed by a door and I will make a hole in it to run the fans ducting through, which will than be pointed out a window. Do I need some type ventilation? Like a vent or exhaust fan?

I have one six in a 4x4x7 tent and a 400 cfm six keeps it ok but just barely but my outside room temp is kinda high as my ac went out.

And yes fresh air is a must as mj depletes co2 faster then u think not to mention stale air is nothing but problems. And u need to e haunt heat so make as well intake fresh air ya know

Run an 8" vortex on a variac.

If not suspicious pop a board in the window opening and install an 8" wall vent with damper.

Loud isnt the word.. I can hear mine clearly in the other room even with a fan speed controller. It sounds like a bedside fan but still very much chance audible.

Run a larger fan on a variac. Reduced fan RPM gets required airflow with much less noise.

Can always be turned up to compensate for increased ambient temperatures or bends and restrictions in ductwork.

Im not worried about sound myself. Im gonna get my $150 outta thing thong and run it till it quits lol does sound like a hurricane though

My window is not in the room I run the duct through a hole in the door and out the window. Instead of an intake fan for fresh air can I cut a 12x12 inch vent into the door and use that?

and spend 3x the amount of money as well.. set it up like i did man you will not have any issues 4" on controller as well and running two tents adequate and if anyone says different just look at my first grow

Also a carbon filter will reduce cfm. Add restrictive ductwork thats probably not straight... 4" would be inadequate imo.
