The slight yellowing means she's getting hungry.
Go ahead and give a light dose tonight if you want.
Remember, "over watering" is not the amount of water each time, but how frequently you water.;-)

You're doing good so far, but you should get in the habit of checking the weight of the pot daily, because as it grows, the drinking rate will change.
One of mine that I was watering about every 4th day went through a week (last week) that I was watering every day, but now it just got t-planted, so I'm going to be on a diff. schedule now.

After I water mine, I leave them sitting in the corner of the sink in the angled part so it drains well, then just put a peanut can lid or something under when it goes back in the cab. so any excess moisture doesn't get the carpet wet.
Just make sure she never sits in a puddle.;-)

Just wait - she'll jump in the next 48 hours.
I know why guys like hydro - the jump is constant, but organic it happens just after water IMHO.

I've noticed that with my soil, but also more at night than during lights on usually.
I had one guy one time try and tell me 'Plants don't grow during lights out.'

I don't move my buckets after I set the screen - tupperware tubs with just enough room to stick a 1" hose into & I usually recover about 25% of the water I put in.
Wet/dry vac - my back loves this thing.
