Can do, but I would rather send prints. Its alot easier, and I dont have to go to the post office.
So Phishhead, I think one of your problems might be the temps in your incubator. You said up there that they are in the mid 70s. But myc needs to be around 83-84 to properly colonize. Hope that helps with the future jars.9 days. so far the growth in the jars is perhaps a little slower than average. maybe much slower. i don't let the temps get above the mids 70's. about half the jars have medium white mycelium blotches, some of the slower ones have small blotches. 1 of the jars has visible liquid i'm probably inaccurately identitifying as yellow metabolites.. it's seems to be going away tho. i figured metabolite not contam based on the observable properties...but wtf do i know.
the sealed inocultion holes on the other 4 jars are way behind in growth, i assume cause theres no gas exchange so i flipped the lids around. i'm hoping that's enough to allow for the exchange and i'm praying the top layer of verm is an effective barrier against contams.
i guess that's it for now, i'll try to get pics up soon.
