New Soil GROW 345W LED

Light: 345 watt (actual watts) with 1W diodes (penetrator from hydrogrowled)
Soil: seed starter mix for now, no nutes as far as I know.
Watering with: distilled water the first time (Sunday, July 17when sprouted)
Then distilled water with .75 tsp liquid karma
Plants now 4 days old....light is 12" above leaves. Go ahead and post what you think! Are they normal size for this age? Thank!

They look fine. Altho thats an awfull lot of light for seedlings. Might just wanna use cfl or something for the first 7 to 10 days and then slowly introduce more light. Also they look wet in that last pic, dont want them too wet. Its easy to overwater seedlings. Dont feed them for the first week or even 2 weeks. Goodluck with your grow.

Looks good, seedlings look right for that age but I would suggest you bump your panel up to 14" just for the first week or week in a half. If they stretch on you just back it down to 12" again. Just seems like a lot of watts for seedlings at 12". Looking forward to the grow and GL!
