Ahh, my mistake. I was under the impression you managed to test the difference between real 561c and not real ones, ie. Epistar, etc.

So, if I am correct to assume, I can tell by look, and if not, then by PAR, CLI and lumen output?

Edit: Meaning, that if I were to purchase a 304 QB from HLG or supplier, and then test with a Chinese 304 board I purchased, that if the PAR and lumens were the same, it would be safe to say they are roughly the same diodes? That would seem logical to me.

The diodes @VegasWinner have got from mufue seem to be genuine lm561c. But they all are misplaced as you can seen on the picture so their manufacturing process has a serious quality issue.

Pretty sure @VegasWinner deals with Jeff from Hansion. Not Mufue. That's a large part of the reason I had some faith in Jeff and my order.

According to Alibaba you would be refunded the total cost including shipping.

and yes, alibaba provides full refund including shipping. you just have to spend the money to ship it back, which in this case will likely be $60-80. -- and sometimes they will negotiate with you and just give you a partial refund and you can keep the stuff. i've done that several times on stuff that wasn't quite right. where i paid over $800 in stuff and got about half back in refund and got to keep the merch...

That is absolutely not true at all. I have, several times, received a refund when the seller countered the claim, and in all cases my credit card company worked with me to get my refund.

There is nothing confusing about any of my claims, its your reading comprehension and need to troll that is confusing.

Of course it will take time to get my money back, as is does with most places, sans Amazon. And I potentially may be out of the shipping costs, in this case, $60. And it will be lesson learned.

I think that’s just the first step of a dispute, if you and the seller can’t come to some sort of an agreement than Alibaba gets involved directly, kind of like when you have a problem on EBay, the first step is working it out with the seller..

It is the first step, just like eBay. And just like eBay you will eventually get a refund if what you ordered was not accurate.

I've since received written confirmation that I will receive a full refund if what I receive is not authentic 561c az s6 5630 smd samsung diodes. That alone is enough for me to get a refund back from my CC company if a dispute arises.

l have Just read this thread from the beginning. Nice guys! The RIU LED military has been unleashed on these Alibaba sellers. If we can knock some sense into them there is serious potential for getting genuine Samsung boards for a fraction of the cost of US sellers.

At the end of the day they have a PCB factory, all they need to do is make a good aluminium PCB with 1oz thick traces and slap genuine lm561c-s6's on there.

Poor bastards don't understand if they where just legit they would make way more money then they would by scamming.
