Frist off let me say I'm new to the grow so please keep the smart comments, thanks..
I started my baby from a seed in a big pot, (strain unknown)

It is now 3 1/2 inches tall at 3 weeks, looking really small...
I build a small grow room, that has iso fans and exhaust fans, my lighting is odd ball till my grow led comes In this week....
Size is 2 feet wide 3 feet long and about 3 feet tall....
My concen is why so small and my leaves seem to be curled up a bit... any good advice would help..

How wet is the soil? Looks soaked and the leaves look over watered. Also raise the light. If you put your hand where the plant is and it feels warm it's too close.

Otherwise doesn't look bad.

What kind of soil are you using? It looks heavy and dense in the last photo in the pot.

If I were you I would change your soil ASAP. It looks like dirt from the backyard lol. I would use fox farm happy frog or fox farm ocean forest. You will be much happier with a medium that has the right nutrients for the plant. Well your plant will be happier and in return you will be to. If you decide to get new soil that has nutes in it thy will have about 3 weeks worth of nutrients in them so all you need to do is give it water then start adding nutes as needed. I use the fox farm trio, beastie blooms, silica and molasses. You can use whatever you want wherever your from but change the medium your using

Yea its sum dirt from outside that was in a old pot. (GOOD EYE)
I have sum Kellogg premium that I'm going to use from now on...

I want to change it to it that put to a smaller pot with different soil, if I do so how far could I dig around it to try no to hurt my baby.. and I also changed the light to a led with less heat till I get my light in this week 15812882510958839461402271859156.jpg

Its really soaked in my opinion, plan on changing it asap, just scared of hurting my baby... how far would u say to dig around and how deep.
