how are your ppms?
maybe the plant is eating some nutes and not the other.and others are high in ph soo the soultion is rising like crazy...

allsoo what are you using for ph- if its lemon juice it works for 24h.

I had been using the. Powder that came with the kit but. Now have gh up and down. And gh nutrients and I'm running souther ag for root rot

If plants can shift PH in order to take up different nutes naturally.
Would a rising PH indicate they were searching for things that uptake at the higher end of the PH scale?

PH of 8, that seems like unbuffered water. I would use calimagic or calmag. Just go by the tsp recommendations for everything. You can half it if it seems like too much. GH probably test with really nice lights and environments, so their plants can eat that much.

Get water
ph to 6.3 ~ 6.5
add calmag
ph to 6 let it sit for a while, overnight is fine if you have the time.
Check ph, if it;s still right around 6 (+ or - 1) add micro.
add grow and bloom

If it's way off again on PH after you let it sit overnight, try full strength calmag and test it overnight again. Trying to get a stabile buffer in the water. Might have to use ro or distilled if it's really fighting you.
usually ph doesn't move much after this.

Always do the Calimagic first. Get that part stabile and then do micro and then the rest in no order.

One caveat, If you you use Armour Si, you add that first and PH it back down to 6.5ish and let it sit a while, before adding the calimagic.
The Amour Si raises PH a lot, and the calimagic drops it a bit.
Micro grow and bloom don't seem to affect it.

How do your roots look. I usually change out the nutes every six or seven days. I noticed that I get some browness on the roots, if I ever let it go longer. More power to you, if you never change out the nutes.

I'm on my second week but plan to do it weekly to help with keeping the water cool

I just put a frozen water bottle in the rez to keep the water cool. Be careful not to put too large of a bottle, that it freezes the roots. A few drops of H2O2 could help keep the browning of the roots to a minimum. Peroxide will also lower the Ph. Your leaves look a little light green, so you might want to bump up the nitrogen. I think that is what @amneziaHaze was saying. I could be wrong.

Why is 8 high? Are you putting in what you think or read is high? Or are you looking at your ppm changes and using them to decide how much is too much?

If you want to simple it up a bunch.
Just use the Tsp measurements. Don't mind the ppm so much.
Just half the recommendations on the bottle for all stages. Except the cal/mag, feed that at full strength.

Feed more, they will grow faster. I'm giving an auto 1.6 ec 1 gallon a day.

A syringe makes a nice measuring tool for the liquid nutrients. 5cc = 1 Tsp.
You can drill a little hole in the lid so the syringe fits snug and seals it. I make less of a mess like that anyway :)
