First and foremost a mans set up and management can say a lot. Im no one to judge but i refuse not to drop the polish and hopefully it pollinates your grow life. #The "aluminum" foil can and will burn your baby plants and plants in general. Do to small beem lighting.#The "cardboard" is a hazard
because it can and will catch
on fire.Thus it will retain
moisture and heat and can cause
molding as well. #You need
about 6 more cfls thats straight
to the point. #I know that "top
light" only holds about 500
lumens. That needs replaced
and im sure its a 2700k
flowering spectrum bulb. You
need at least 125w or 6000-
10,000 lumens 6500k daylight warm white bulbs per sq ft., for
one plant life. You are
experiencing some stretching
of plants meaning Not Enough
light for them and light is too
far away. You can grow out in the open until you get the right layout for your plants. You seem like you have the right mindset so that means you have to do it proper with polish. I recognize the situation. All you do for now is get your plants morw lights asap. They look like they have enough water to last a week so be careful to check the weight time to time to see if they are light in weight. If so they need water. If the pots are heavy let they dry out. Or submerge a half of finger in the soil to check or about 2" in to check.
