New to growing...LED, Soil, and please help!

So I am just starting out with LED's...

I just bought this LED light...

I am thinking about getting this tent/dark room:

Will this tent be a good match for this light? is a tent the same as a cabinet?

I also have soil pots, water trays, nutrients, FOXFARM ocean soil, and Bat Guano...i have no clue how and when to use what!

where do i start? how many pots should i put under the lights? what is the balance of soil and nutrients needed?

what do i need to know!>!>? i have never done this before...

First you are going to have to start by reading every sticky post in the newbie section but.....
That light would be good for 3 plants in 3gal pots. The light should sit no more than 6 inches from the plant. Your nutes should have 3 sets of numbers on the labels. NPK- nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). Use more Nitrogen rich nutes for veg and use more phosphorus and potassium rich nutes while flowering.

If this seems confusing I once again implore you to read as many post from the Newbie section or the General Growing section.
