Yes. As long as you aren't trying to grow as well. Different environments and such. That light? If you can scrape up the extra I would lean toward something like this Screenshot_20200707-190556_Amazon Shopping.jpg
You'll be happier with the results from a quantum board than from that blurple led. I've had to use 3of them to get a decent harvest. The grows I've seen from quantums are mind blowing.

I had to go with the one I picked, we will see how well it works with this grow, if not satisfied I'll look at a better one, as for the other style lights I would prefer the led lights to those.

Can't blame you on the cmh. I'm afraid of the heat it generates. I basicalily live in a desert and I'm having a bitch of a time with high temps.

I have to agree with above. Will the light you got grow weed... sure. Good quality? Ehhhhh. Depends on what's important to you. Lighting is the biggest cost and most important of your whole build. Totally understand you have to go with what you can afford. Just wanted to elaborate on why the other poster is getting passionate with his response.

I dont want to go outside of led. I'm new and I want ease of use while I perfect my plant stability and growth, before I start putting in alot more money. With three kids and Bill's it's hard to find even that extra 100 sometimes. Hell I've already had to replace my tent because the zipper broke 2 days into use.

people are passionate about weed lol. I'm looking at this like people are giving me advice and I have to pick and choose what to go by based on what I want to use l. After this bag of promix soil i have is done I'm thinking of switching to organic soils and nuts over the chemical ones.

Could have shopped around for something used. I bet there is a used 315 within 30 minutes drive for under 100. Just sayin; that light was a waste of money.

I live in ontario canada so its moderate in temp here. Although wife likes the house cold lol. Had to use a small heater in the tent.

To answer your other Q, yes you can use the same tent to dry. It can't be in use or you can't start a new grow until you completed drying. If you're not interested in a perpetual grow or starting a quick rotation then you should be good.

There are two little eyelets on top of the fixture to attach the hangers to.
ok, now the light I do have, for one plant is it fine, I need to get three or four grows out of it before I can see my wife being cool with me dropping another couple hundred on a new light.

Define "one plant"

Like one little autoflower? Maybe...
